 Abstract Writing Rules

 Please upload your abstract on the system. The system will guide you. However, when you are unable to log in or upload your abstract, please send your text prepared according to the following rules to the e-mail address of saybilder@gmail.com 


  • Abstracts should be prepared in Microsoft Word format.
  • The writing area of the page should be arranged with a margin of 2.5 cm from the left, right, top and bottom.
  • Abstract should be written left and right (justified) with single line spacing using Book Antiqua.
  • Abstract should be in Turkish and English with a minimum of 200 and a maximum of 400 words.
  • Abstract Title: 12 Point, Capital letters, bold and centered.
  • Author / Author's Names: 12 point, bold, centered.
  • Author / Institution of Authors: 12 pt. Must be centered.
  • Text: It should be written in 12 font size, aligned left and right, single line spacing and 6nk paragraph spacing.
  • When sending your abstract, be sure to write the mobile phone numbers of all authors in your e-mail.
  • You can send your abstract by 01 October 2020 at the latest.
  •  The abstract book will be published on 30 October 2020.


 Full Text Writing Rules

  •  Please do not upload your full texts to the system. Send them to saybilder@gmail.com email address.
  • The full text of the paper should be prepared in Microsoft Word format.
  • The manuscript should be prepared not to exceed 25 pages (including text, graphics, references and all attachments).
  • The document area of each page should be 2.5 cm from the left, right, top and bottom.
  • The text must be written left and right aligned (justified) and using single line space with "Book Antiqua" font
  • At the beginning of the paper, you should have Turkish and English abstracts consisting of minimum 200 and maximum 400 words.
  • Title of the Paper: 14 Point, Capital, bold and centered.
  • Author / Author's Names: 11 points, bold, right justified.
  • Author / Institution of Authors: 11 pt. Right aligned. Author and institution must have single line spacing.
  • Main Titles: 11 Punto left-aligned, all letters uppercase and bold.
  • Subtitles: 11 pt left-aligned, initial letters uppercase and bold.
  • Text: 11 pt left and right aligned with single line spacing and 6nk paragraph spacing.
  • Graphics, Tables and Photo Titles: 11 points, bold.
  • No line spacing should be left between parts of the text of the paper.
  • The initial letters of the titles of tables and figures should be uppercase and the others should be lowercase.
  • You can use any citation style you want.
  • *** You can send your full texts by 01 December 2020 at the latest.

 Publication of Abstract and Full Texts

 Your abstracts will be published as an e-book with a special ISBN number by SAYBİLDER on October 30, 2020 before the congress starts.


Your full texts will be collected after the congress. You can send these texts until 01 December 2020. There is no obligation to send a full text in this congress. All texts will be accepted after the referee evaluation.


There are two alternatives for publishing full texts:


- The first option is to publish the Congress Oral Presentations in the Full Text Book prepared by SAYBİLDER as an e-book with a special ISBN number. This is a type of publication required for academic incentives or promotions.


- The second option is to publish your full texts in the form of an International Book Chapter (prepared independently from the Congress) from Lambert Publishing House. There is no charge for this publication. This publication, which will be in the form of a book or book chapters, is in the form of an e-book. Those who want a printed copy can order it from the publisher's site.
